If we did not meet Sam and Amanda, we probably would not have built this home. We needed their level of involvement, communication, guidance and advice to give us the confidence to do this. They quickly figured out our preferences, design intent, and desire for energy efficiency. Everything ties together extremely well. Amanda narrowed down selections by style and price range. Having two experienced people leading the team gave us confidence in them and in the success of this project. We are extremely happy with our home and are in awe of all of the little and big details.
