MEET SAM & AMANDA

When Sam and Amanda met in college they were on very similar paths. Amanda had spent a few years studying architecture, hoping to one day build custom homes, while Sam was majoring in business hoping to one day run his own company. After getting married they worked as a team under a local builder, running the day to day operations. They worked in this capacity for a combined total of fifteen years, before deciding to take the plunge and start their own company. Through the years they’ve added four beautiful children to their family, so they understand the homebuilding challenges for all types of customers, and pride themselves on their ability to accommodate the varying schedules homebuilding has. They promise a personal experience, and to be with you on every step of the homebuilding journey.

As our onsite manager, Sam works in close communication with our subcontractors to ensure the quality of your home, and that it meets all of your expectations. On most days you will find Sam in work clothes, ready to step in and help with almost any product install or extra work that needs finishing. He will also be a part of every site meeting and technical questions you have about your project. Sam always brings a smile and light hearted demeanor to every job site, making any project a fun place to work.

amanda mclellan

owner & designer

Amanda is the designer and behind the scenes organizer. You will work with her all the way from designing the floor plan of your custom home, to picking out the finishing touches. She will be with you each step of the way, making sure your vision comes to life while staying in budget. As a type A personality she prides herself on her love of spreadsheets that analyze the options and prices for all your home product choices. She will also be your main point of contact for scheduling, contract questions, and product choices and orders. For Amanda, getting your house right is her highest priority.
