MEET SAM & AMANDA

When Sam and Amanda met in college they were on very similar paths. Amanda had spent a few years studying architecture, hoping to one day build custom homes, while Sam was majoring in business hoping to one day run his own company. After getting married they worked as a team under a local builder, running the day to day operations. They worked in this capacity for a combined total of fifteen years, before deciding to take the plunge and start their own company. Through the years they’ve added four beautiful children to their family, so they understand the homebuilding challenges for all types of customers, and pride themselves on their ability to accommodate the varying schedules homebuilding has. They promise a personal experience, and to be with you on every step of the homebuilding journey.
